Maša. Apr 30 /1-4

The cook took a very long flights to Russia. He first stopped in Moscow of course because he wanted to try real vodka. He really liked it. It was strong and fresh. He took a recipe and went to another Moscow´s restaurant. He tried Borscht and as a dessert he ate Russian pancake called Blini. It tasted really good so he took two recipes again and he was very happy with his decision. In the evening he met a Russian chef Dimitri who prepared a Russian salad with a lot of mayonnaise. The cook took a recipe and went in another country. His next destination was Canada, Montreal. This flights was very long. After many hours of flying he finally got to Montreal. First he took a long nap, because he was very tired and then he went on a walk around the city. On his way he saw a bakery. He really wanted to ty their bagels that wee amazing. For his lunch he tried Bannock. This is a simple bread that I served with cooked and delicious bacon. After a dish he tried a Saskatoon berry pie. It was sweet and nicely cold. He took all the recipes and started thinking about his next country. During that time he bought a ketchup chips which is very popular in Canada. He stayed in Montreal for a couple of days and then went to another country. His next destination was Poland. It was an Easter morning in Poland, where our cook was having breakfast. He ate a traditional Polish Easter breakfast. In it was salt, pepper, bread and boiled eggs. It was delicious but the cook knew how to prepare this already. This is why he went in a restaurant and ordered Kaszanka. If you don`t know what this is, it is a polish blood sausage made of pork blood. He spiced it with onion, pepper and marjoram. For the dessert he bought Kisiel pudding with pure fruit juice. He loved it so he took this recipe. He loved Polish food very much and he was blessed to have a chance visiting Poland and his next flight was to Slovakia. The cook felt happiness when he arrived to Slovakia. He was very surprised that Slovenia and Slovakia were two different countries. He asked himself what exactly food. First he arrived in Košice. He tried another blood sausage called krvavničky and spicy smoked sausage klobasa. Then he tried dumplings with sheep cheese. He was very impressed with their food. He immediately took the recipes. He also tried potato pancakes and funnel cake. The funnel cake is stuffed with vanilla ice cream. He really liked it. He loved everything about Slovakia so he stayed there for one week. Who knows where our cook is going to go next time.
