Next day he woke up with disgusting memories. Then boss’s call remembered him to write article about his day on Philippines. After that he didn’t have much more time, so he went on the ship and back to the Manila. There he visited some tourist attractions. After culinary surprise last day, he wanted to be just tourist for one day. He went to good hotel, and next day he continued his trip. Papua New Guinea is island country, near the north of Australia. In this country it’s problematical to travel by car. Because of this he stood at it’s capital city – Port Moresby. Again, in nearly every dish was rice. In this part of world are many countries with food like that. Other typical dish is Kaukau or sweet potato. Here meals are often traditionally cooked in mumu – underground stone furnace. Just spice shortage interrupted him. And beer was little bit too warm, but that often happens here, because they don’t have a lot of fridges.
